Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Press Kit Studios ("the Service"), operated by Matheus Segatto, doing business as Press Kit Studios ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing lifetime access, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Press Kit Studios lets DJs build and host a press kit page at presskitstudios.com/yourname. We continuously improve the Service: features, templates and tools may be added, changed, or replaced by equivalent or better ones over time.

2. Plans, billing & trials

Subscriptions (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your kit stays live until the end of the paid period, and your content stays saved in your account.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial where offered.
7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email support@presskitstudios.com and we refund it, no questions asked.
Prices may change for new purchases; active subscriptions keep the rate they signed up with while they remain continuously active.

3. Lifetime access

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service, not of the purchaser. A lifetime purchase grants access to the corresponding plan (Essential or Premium) for as long as Press Kit Studios operates the Service, with no further payments.

Lifetime access is tied to one account and one press kit, is personal, and is non-transferable and non-resellable.
Included features may evolve: we may modify, replace, or retire specific features, provided the plan keeps a substantially equivalent overall level of functionality.
If we permanently discontinue the Service, lifetime obligations end on the discontinuation date. If discontinuation happens within 12 months of your lifetime purchase, we will refund a pro-rated share of your payment.
The 7-day money-back guarantee also applies to lifetime purchases.

4. Your content

Your photos, texts, and materials remain yours. You grant us a license to host and display them solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and you are responsible for your kit's content.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content; no impersonation; no attempts to abuse, resell, or disrupt the Service (including sharing unlock keys or referral self-dealing). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of any unused prepaid period except in cases of serious abuse.

6. Referral & founding programs

Referral upgrades, founding-member badges, and promotional codes are goodwill programs, subject to fair use; we may adjust their mechanics prospectively. Earned benefits (e.g., an upgrade already granted) are kept.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard on uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost bookings or profits.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms with notice on this page (and by email for material changes). Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree, you may cancel; lifetime holders keep the core promise in Section 3.
